1.0.12026-11-06

A fix to the pricing cards.

Fixed

  • ·Long prices no longer run out of their card on /pricing: the founding price sits on its own line under the list price, and every price fits at laptop widths, including annual prices in rupees.

1.0.02026-11-05

The first production release: India pricing, the plan ladder, step-by-step guides for Google's Merchant Center issues, and the weekly plan.

Added

  • ·Pricing in rupees for India on every plan: Solo ₹2,999, Studio ₹7,499 and Agency ₹17,999 a month. The founding price of 30% off for life applies to them too, so Solo is ₹2,099.30 a month.
  • ·A guide page for each of the 22 most common Merchant Center issue codes, with steps for Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • ·When a renewal fails, the billing page and the reminder emails carry a "Pay now" link for the exact amount, and your plan stays on while you pay.
  • ·Each step of a fix can be ticked off, and the store page shows a plan for the week.
  • ·Coming soon on /pricing now follows the public roadmap, so the two can't disagree.

Changed

  • ·Each plan now does one job. Solo finds and fixes one store; Studio proves the money and grows it; Agency runs it for your clients. A revenue goal, verified money recovered and AI on your own key are Studio features.
  • ·Each Merchant Center finding carries its own severity, and opportunities are shown as upside rather than a loss.
  • ·A task the latest scan no longer finds moves into a small collapsed group, so the store page is one list of leaks.
  • ·A shorter home page that names Shopify and WooCommerce, and says other stores get a lighter scan.
  • ·Email is sent through Brevo, and the privacy policy lists it in place of Resend.

Fixed

  • ·Connecting Merchant Center always asks which account to use, and lists sub-accounts. A single listed account could bind itself to the wrong one before.
  • ·Paddle's payment window closes itself after you pay.

1.0.0-rc.32026-10-09

Finding cards on the store page, exact fix steps, steadier scans and the outreach scan sheet; third release candidate for staging.

Added

  • ·The store page shows every leak as a finding card: a short front (count, money or clicks, who, effort, status) that opens to the full card; "+N more" lists every product affected.
  • ·Exact fix steps for Merchant Center: the corrected title per product, and the precise change for each of Google's most common reasons — no "see Google's help page".
  • ·When conversion tracking is off, a card shows the products' own measured clicks and how to turn tracking on.
  • ·Merchant Center can be disconnected from the store page: access is revoked at Google and the stored token deleted.
  • ·A scan sheet for outreach: a list of store domains in, a free report link and each store's top leaks out.
  • ·A favicon and app icon.

Changed

  • ·The headline "listed value affected" counts each product once, even when it sits in two leaks.
  • ·Products with no weight are counted, not priced, and a store that ships at a flat rate is told so.
  • ·Public scans give the same result run to run: when a store slows the scan down, it waits and retries instead of reading the store a different way.
  • ·/pricing makes its comparison without a typed price; the old dollar anchor is gone.
  • ·Terms and Privacy are final (reviewed by counsel).

Removed

  • ·The 3× Promise. Until real stores with conversion tracking show the money, what we offer is what is true today: a 14-day trial with no card, and a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

1.0.0-rc.22026-10-07

The pricing ladder and go-live plumbing (Track A) and the first slice of the closed loop (Track B), merged together; second release candidate for staging.

Added

  • ·Pricing per the published ladder: Free, Solo $99 on sale, Studio and Agency on a waitlist; every entitlement (stores, refresh, digest, history) in one plan config.
  • ·Founding price: 30% off for life on the first checkouts, applied by the server while places are left, with a live counter on /pricing.
  • ·The 3× Promise on /pricing, under every checkout button and first on /refunds.
  • ·A 14-day Solo trial when a Free workspace connects Merchant Center — no card — with five checkpoint emails; nothing is deleted when it ends.
  • ·Public /roadmap and /changelog; Studio/Agency waitlists, Notify me and "I'd use this".
  • ·First-party funnel events at every step and npm run metrics for the weekly numbers.
  • ·The closed loop, first slice (R1 "The Card"): every leak and opportunity as a seven-question finding card — what, what it costs, why, what to do, who does it, done when, did it work.
  • ·This Week's Plan: up to five fixes ranked by money, confidence and effort, filled to the hours you set, plus a quick-wins lane.
  • ·A revenue goal in four questions.
  • ·Nine new catalogue checks (zero price, missing description, brand, product type, weight, and more) and a Merchant Center check for out-of-stock products still drawing clicks.
  • ·Every status change on a fix task is recorded; a leak the scan no longer finds is shown as "Looks fixed. Confirm?" — never closed on its own.
  • ·AI settings: bring your own key (Anthropic, OpenAI, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, Ollama), with a token ledger and a monthly cap. No AI features yet.

Changed

  • ·One entitlement path: every limit and feature reads what the workspace may use (paid plan or trial), never the billing tier directly.
  • ·Product copy uses one vocabulary (leak, fix, recovered), enforced by a test.
  • ·The closure ledger counts money as recovered only when a scan measures it coming back; marked-fixed and listed value are no longer called "recovered".

1.0.0-rc.12026-09-20

The Store Register MVP, feature-complete for the Solo plan; first release candidate for staging.

Added

  • ·Free scan of any store's public catalogue (Shopify, WooCommerce, or a product sitemap with Product markup): every issue found, the products behind it and the listed value affected; top 3 revealed completely, shareable report link, refreshed monthly.
  • ·Store Register: claim a report, name the store, re-scan; fix tasks with start / mark fixed / ignore / reopen, re-scan verification and a closure ledger.
  • ·Merchant Center connection (Google OAuth, read-only by design) and the Merchant Center engine: one finding per Google issue code with expert knowledge (what it means, why it costs, atomic steps), performance-based MEASURED / MODELLED figures, price opportunities.
  • ·Solo plan on Paddle Billing: live prices, overlay checkout, webhook mirror, cancel at period end, dunning states; Studio and Agency shown as coming soon.
  • ·Background scans (BullMQ worker), weekly sweep, weekly digest email, revoked-token detection and reconnect email.
  • ·Deploy pipeline: one image for app + worker, GitLab CI to the registry, compose per VPS with Caddy, cron and nightly backups; GET /api/v1/health; optional Sentry error monitoring.
  • ·Versioned HTTP API under /api/v1.
