Image URL doesn't load
What Google's message means
Google requested the image_link URL and got a failed response, a redirect to a non-image, or a file it could not decode.
Same as no image: the product is disapproved until Google can fetch a valid image.
The fix in Shopify
- Products → the product → Media: delete the image and upload the file again (JPEG, PNG or WebP), then drag it first. Save.
- If a third-party feed app sends the image, its image URL must start with
https://cdn.shopify.com/and open as a picture in a private browser window. - Google re-checks the product at its next crawl (usually within a day); the next RevenueCue scan confirms it's clear.
The fix in WooCommerce
- Open the product image's URL (Media → the image → File URL) in a private browser window: it must show the picture itself. If not, upload it again under Products → the product → Product image. Update.
- Cloudflare → Scrape Shield → Hotlink Protection off (or allow Google), and any CDN or image-compression plugin must not rewrite image URLs to a host that blocks Googlebot-Image.
- Google re-checks the product at its next crawl (usually within a day); the next RevenueCue scan confirms it's clear.
What it costs while it's down
Every product Google flags this way is out of Google Shopping — no ads, no free listing — until it's fixed. Its listed price is what isn't being shown; a free scan names each product and adds up the listed value at stake.

Enter your store's domain. The scan reads your public catalogue the way Googlebot does, names every product behind each leak and shows the listed value affected.
