No image sent for the product
What Google's message means
The product was submitted without an image_link, or the field was empty.
A listing without an image cannot be shown anywhere in Shopping, so the product is disapproved until an image is sent.
The fix in Shopify
- The photo: the product alone on a plain white or light background, at least 800 × 800 px, JPEG, PNG or WebP, no text, badge, logo, watermark or border.
- Products → the product → Media → upload the photo and drag it to the first position (the first image is the one Google uses). Save.
- To take a product off Google instead: Products → the product → Sales channels → untick Google & YouTube. Save.
- Google re-checks the product at its next crawl (usually within a day); the next RevenueCue scan confirms it's clear.
The fix in WooCommerce
- The photo: the product alone on a plain white or light background, at least 800 × 800 px, JPEG, PNG or WebP, no text, badge, logo, watermark or border.
- Products → the product → Product image (right-hand column) → Set product image → upload the photo. Update. The product image is the one Google uses; Product gallery images go as extra images.
- To take a product off Google instead: Products → the product → Channel visibility (right-hand column) → Google: ‘Don't sync and show’. Update.
- Google re-checks the product at its next crawl (usually within a day); the next RevenueCue scan confirms it's clear.
What it costs while it's down
Every product Google flags this way is out of Google Shopping — no ads, no free listing — until it's fixed. Its listed price is what isn't being shown; a free scan names each product and adds up the listed value at stake.

Enter your store's domain. The scan reads your public catalogue the way Googlebot does, names every product behind each leak and shows the listed value affected.
